Omayara Sanchez
Omayara trapped under the fallen debris of her house. She died just hours after the photo was taken, by a famous photojournalist Frank Fournier.

This is the original image downloaded from facebook, very poor quality
Crank up the resolution in Painters "resize canvas" option from 72 to 300, 600, 900 etc pixels per CM, that way you can get very thin and precise strokes for small details on a poor quality source image... anyway its the best way I found yet.
